I find the Blue Tits difficult, maybe this small bird has very fuzzy feathers, but they always come out looking a bit unsharp and scruffy. Sorry about the twigs, he was sitting in a quite dense bush. What do you think; sharpening OK, and should I try to clone out some branches?

During my LCA my company moved 10 miles to another city which was in a different county and my attorney had to file for a new LC. In fact she also asked to mention any other location (like house if in different city) if that was applicable.
The main reason for that is salary level.
Your statement is true only for the H1B visa, I guess the person who started this thread is asking about the opinion of starting GC process from the state where company is located, the answer to that query it is fine, because it is for future employment

Hi,
My parents came here on last saturday and the I.O at Port of Entry told them he's giving them 6 months to stay with me but when I looked at their passports, my mom's I-94 was stamped for only 3 months whereas my dad's passport was stamped for 6 months. If I go ahead and apply for 3 month extension for my mom when is the best time to do it? They have their return tickets in March and they don't have any intention to stay beyond that period. I was just wondering if it's just a stamping error of if they indeed has given my mom only 3 months. Attorney's please respond.

Hi there,
I got my FP done yesterday in Newark,NJ ASC. But online status only shows LUD on I-485 case.. I've applied EAD and AP too, but don't see LUD on them.
Also, in ASC they give you form to fillout, I only put my I-485 receipt number on it, should I have put all three receipt numbers?.
Any thoughts,

Dont you need the FP notice to even enter that building, the guard or the cop standing will not even let you in, if you dont have the FP call for notice.

gcdreamer is right, you need FP notice. But if your question is if you miss your appointment date and then whether you can walk in another day, then answer is yes. I went to FP 2 weeks ago. A lady next to me, had FP notice dated 3 weeks earlier.The office let her get FP done.I personally did not do this.

USCIS will consider only your qualifications and experience only at the time of applying for labor against the jobs requirements. You dont have to update USCIS with your latest qualifications.
It was a NIW filing - so no job description or I-129.

Small addition to your post. EB1A does not require a job offer, but it needs the applicant to prove exceptional ability. EB1B (outstanding researcher or professor) and EB1C (multinational manager) do need sponsorship and a job offer.

Hi,
I got appointment letter for Biometrics from USCIS. I already gave in 2007.
Why are they asking again? and I only got this, my husband and son didn't get it.
Right now I am on EAD, since last december(2009) I am not working, will there be any issues as I am the primary applicant.
